Our mission is to empower individuals with developmental disabilities to build meaningful, independent, and fulfilling lives through individualized Community Integration Services. When appropriate, our interdisciplinary team integrates behavioral supports into everyday community experiences to help participants achieve their goals while remaining engaged in the least restrictive environment.
Building Bloch’s Pathways was established in 2024 to provide individualized, community-based support services for individuals with developmental disabilities, with a strong focus on participants enrolled in California’s Self-Determination Program (SDP). The company was created in response to a growing need for flexible, person-centered services that promote meaningful community engagement and allow individuals to build independence in real-world settings.
Building Bloch’s Pathways was founded by professionals with extensive experience delivering licensed adult services and community-based supports in Fremont, California. Through years of hands-on work with Regional Centers, families, and participants, we recognized that many individuals thrive best when services are tailored to their personal goals, interests, and lifestyles. This insight led to the creation of a service model centered on community integration, independence, safety, and dignity, while maintaining full compliance with Regional Center and HCBS requirements.

We envision inclusive communities where individuals of all ages with disabilities are supported to thrive through real-life experiences, social connections, skill-building, and self-determination.
Building Bloch Pathways is more than a Community Integration Program. We combine community-based experiences with individualized behavioral support strategies to help participants build meaningful life skills in real-world settings. Rather than offering behavioral supports as a separate program, we integrate positive, person-centered strategies into everyday activities based on each individual's goals, strengths, and support needs. This collaborative approach helps participants build confidence, increase independence, and engage more fully in their communities.
Our commitment to individualized, person-centered services is supported by experienced leadership, qualified staff, and strong partnerships throughout the community.
Although Building Bloch Pathways is a newer organization, our leadership team brings several years of experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities through community integration, person-centered planning, behavioral supports, and the California Self-Determination Program (SDP).
Our team includes Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). Staff receive training in CPR/First Aid, Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI), Mandated Reporter requirements, person-centered practices, community safety, documentation, and individualized support strategies.
We work closely with multiple California Regional Centers and have extensive experience supporting families participating in the Self-Determination Program (SDP). Our team collaborates with Independent Facilitators, Service Coordinators, families, and interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized supports that reflect each participant's goals.
We collaborate with Regional Centers, Independent Facilitators, BCBAs, community organizations, local businesses, recreation programs, fitness providers, and volunteer organizations to create meaningful opportunities for community participation, skill development, and greater independence.
