At Building Bloch’s Pathways, our team is made up of compassionate, highly trained professionals who are committed to supporting individuals with disabilities in meaningful, community-based settings. All staff complete required onboarding and ongoing training, including CPR and First Aid certification, CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention), and Direct Support Professional (DSP) training, with additional instruction in community safety, communication strategies, and person-centered support. Under the leadership of our CEO, David Bloch, our team—made up of dedicated direct support professionals—is carefully selected for their experience, patience, and commitment to building trusting relationships. Together, they ensure each participant receives respectful, individualized support while working toward greater independence and confidence in everyday life. .
