Our Mission
Our mission is to empower individuals of all ages with developmental disabilities to live meaningful, independent, and engaged lives by providing individualized, community-based supports aligned with each participant’s unique goals and needs.
Who We Are
Building Bloch’s Pathways was established in 2024 to provide individualized, community-based support services for individuals with developmental disabilities, with a strong focus on participants enrolled in California’s Self-Determination Program (SDP). The company was created in response to a growing need for flexible, person-centered services that promote meaningful community engagement and allow individuals to build independence in real-world settings.
Building Bloch’s Pathways was founded by professionals with extensive experience delivering licensed adult services and community-based supports. Through years of hands-on work with Regional Centers, families, and participants, we recognized that many individuals thrive best when services are tailored to their personal goals, interests, and lifestyles. This insight led to the creation of a service model centered on community integration, independence, safety, and dignity, while maintaining full compliance with Regional Center and HCBS requirements.
Our Vision
We envision inclusive communities where individuals of all ages with disabilities are supported to thrive through real-life experiences, social connections, skill-building, and self-determination.
